Grecco — traditional with the addition of kalamata olives, capers, fresh oregano, and crumbled feta cheese

Wild Mushroom — mixed wild mushrooms sauteed with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, minced fresh rosemary, brandy, and a touch of cream

Roasted Pepper and Fresh Mozzarella — roasted red peppers, red onion, capers, fresh oregano, fresh mozzarella cheese, and extra virgin olive oil

Mango and Prosciutto — diced mangos, red onion, poblano peppers, red peppers, lime juice, cilantro, and imported Parma prosciutto
