Small – 12” tray (10-12 people) | Medium – 16” tray (15-20 people) | Large – 18” tray (20-25 people)

Italian Antipasto Platter — sliced meats and cheeses, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, and pepperoncini peppers,

Fruit Platter — Combination of seasonal fruits; melons, berries, carambola, figs, grapes, citrus, golden pineapple, whatever is available

Meat and Cheese Platter — Imported and domestic meats and cheeses, accompanied by assorted crackers and flatbreads.
(You can leave it up to me, or be specific. Price may vary.)

Vegetarian Platter — a mix of raw veggies with ranch dip. Zucchini, carrot, celery, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, etc…

Shrimp Cocktail – large shrimp poached and chilled. Served with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges
