The Fiery Chef is a licensed and insured, full-service lunch catering company, and catering manager Heather Mason is the organizational force behind every smooth mid-day event. With a strong command of logistics and timing, Heather ensures lunch service stays on schedule and runs seamlessly from setup to cleanup.

Whether you’re planning a corporate lunch, business meeting, or private gathering, Heather works closely with our chefs and catering team to deliver lunch catering tailored to your guest count, preferences, and budget.

Our lunch catering menus feature fresh, high-quality ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dishes, from refined comfort favorites to lighter, well-balanced options designed to fuel the rest of the day without slowing it down.

Because a good lunch doesn’t interrupt the day, it supports it.

Catering Options

Full Service

We can provide full staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs (for action stations), bussers, etc. A minimum of 20% service charge will be added to all contracted parties. 

Drop Off

We can set everything up for you and return to pick it up.

Bar Service

We can offer you everything but the liquor. We charge a nominal fee ($5 pp) to supply you with all the garnishes, mixers, and ice needed for a fully stocked bar. And, we also have professional bar staff.

Travel Fees

$20 per staff member per hour will be charged.

Pricing Ranges From $30.00 – $90.00 depending on size and type. Salad tray size available in:

Large (Serves 15-17), Medium (Serves 10-12), Small (Serves 5-7)

    Vine ripe tomato, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, EVOO, shaved parm and balsamic reduction.
