Family Meals – Week 4


All “Family Dinners” are designed to feed 4-hungry adults. Each entree comes with two side items, mixed baby lettuce salad, and 4 garlic rolls. (2 lb of protein in each meal)

Cajun Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast topped with sauteed onion, andouille sausage, poblano peppers, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.

Felix’s Meatloaf — Nobody makes a better gluten-free meatloaf than we do. And our gravy is gluten-free too.

New Orleans Shrimp — large shrimp simmered in a Cajun brown butter sauce with fresh cilantro and a touch of plum tomato.

Stuffed Pork Loin — whole fresh pork loin stuffed with garlic herb bread crumbs, dried cranberry, and oasted Anjou pears. Sliced and served with blackberry cabernet demi glace.

Spinach Manicotti — Fresh garlic sauteed spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese rolled in fresh pasta. Topped with TFC’s marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
