Choice, Black Angus Ribeye, marinated TFC way, slow-roasted and sold in 2 lb increments (cooked weight.) Your prime rib will not be sliced. If you order 4-lbs you will recieve a beautiful whole 4-lb piece of prime rib. If you order 8-lbs you will recieve an 8-lbs piece, and so on. The largest (whole piece) you can order is 12-lbs. Served with au jus and creamy horseradish sauce
