  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 ounce coconut milk
  • 3 ounce broccoli floretes
  • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 ounces cauliflower
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 1/4 ounce sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 ounce shiitaki mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp scallions

Notes

[nutrition-label]This recipe can be paired with almost any potato, rice, risotto, or vegetable. The orange sauce lends itself well to almost anything. For this "Keto" recipe I chose mixed sauteed vegetables.
And of course, they're sauteed in butter :)
