  • 3 ounces sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 1/4 ounce sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 ounce shiitaki mushrooms

This recipe can be paired with almost any potato, rice, risotto, or vegetable. The orange sauce lends itself well to almost anything. For this "Keto" recipe I chose mixed sauteed vegetables.
